Parppidam
Kerala's friendly stay and roommate finder — admin-checked rentals, zero brokerage and direct chat with owners.
Captured from the live site.
Overview
Parppidam helps people find rooms, PGs, apartments and compatible roommates across Kerala. Seekers can browse without logging in, every listing is checked by an admin before it goes live, and owners manage their listings and enquiries from their own dashboard.
The problem
Renters in Kerala rely on brokers, word of mouth and unverified social media posts, and finding a compatible roommate is mostly luck.
The solution
One platform for seekers and owners: verified listings with city, budget and property-type filters, roommate matching by preferences and lifestyle, and in-app chat so people can talk before they commit.
Key features
- Browse listings without an account
- Filters for city, budget and property type
- Roommate matching by lifestyle and budget
- In-app chat between seekers, owners and roommates
- Owner dashboard for listings and enquiries
- Google sign-in and email OTP verification
