FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people usually ask before starting a project with us.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Websites, web applications, mobile apps, custom software, APIs and integrations, e-commerce and automation. If it runs in a browser, on a phone or on a server, we can usually help.

How does a project start?

Send us a short description through the project form. We'll set up a call to understand your goals, then share a proposed scope, approach and estimate.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A focused website can take a few weeks; a web or mobile application is usually planned in phases over a few months. You'll get a timeline with the proposal.

How is pricing worked out?

We estimate each project from its scope. Larger builds are split into milestones so you can see progress and costs as the work moves forward.

Will I own the code?

Yes. Once the project is paid for, the code, designs and documentation we create for you are yours.

Do you support projects after launch?

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance — updates, monitoring, fixes and improvements — and can also take over existing products.

Can you work with our existing system?

Often, yes. We start by reviewing what you have, then recommend whether to extend it, integrate with it or replace parts of it.
